Note – this service is for existing customers only.
TO RESET PASSWORD TO HIKVISION NVR,
> download SADP tool for your computer (https://www.hikvision.com/en/
SADP Version 3 for PC / SADP V1 for MacOS
> download and install WINRAR to extract the SADP tool (trial version)
> ensure you’re connected to your PC (ie. ethernet cable from your PC to your NVR) – load up the sadp tool, find your NVR and choose “forgotten password”
> email us the XML file and Serial Number (*Full serial number on SADP) to us.
> we will then email an XML file back which will enable you to reset your password. (usually within the same business day).
IMPORTANT – please ensure everything stays on. Nothing can be changed after the XML is generated or else it will be invalid.
If we need to attend the site to do this, it will cost $250 inc GST and we will have to wait there (up to 1 hour) until the XML file is returned from Hikvision.
